– Maida (1 cup)

Oil 1 tsp (for moyan)

– Baking powder (half teaspoon)

– Salt (as per taste)

For stuffing

– Paneer – 100 grams (mashed)

– Granules quarter cup (boiled-mashed)

– Cabbage (quarter teaspoon grated)

– Capsicum (half cup finely chopped)

– Carrot 1 (finely chopped)

– Tomato 1 (finely chopped)

– Onion 1 (finely chopped)

Green chili 1 to 2 (finely chopped)

– Red chilli powder (half teaspoon)

– Chile sauce (1 tsp)

– Tomato sauce (1 tsp)

– Pepper half tsp (powdered)

– Butter (2 to 3 tbsp)

– Salt (as per taste)

To make soya-paneer momos, first add maida in a bowl and add oil, baking powder, salt and water, heat the gumpan well and add two teaspoon butter in it.

When the butter melts, add onion, green chillies, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper and fry for five minutes.

Now add soy and cottage cheese and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Now to make momos, make small dough from the dough and roll them thin like a round puri.

Now keep a teaspoon stuffing in it and close it by folding it from all sides.

Likewise, make all momos and take it out in a serving plate and serve hot with momos chutney.

Momos can also be prepared by steaming or deep frying.

Now serve it hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
